Khmer Maine is a community-led organization based in Portland, Maine, dedicated to uplifting Cambodian American and Southeast Asian communities across the state. Founded by survivors of the Cambodian genocide and their descendants, Khmer Maine works at the intersection of cultural preservation, civic empowerment, and community wellness. Our programs span arts and culture, food and agriculture, and civic engagement — serving community members across Greater Portland and Southern Maine.
Filipino American Samahan of Maine
The Filipino American Samahan of Maine is a community organization representing Filipino Americans across the state. Committed to cultural preservation, mutual support, and civic engagement, Filipino American Samahan of Maine works to strengthen connections within the Filipino community while building bridges with Maine's broader multicultural landscape.
The SEA Collaborative
SEAFEST 2026 is presented by the Southeast Asian (SEA) Collaborative — a growing partnership of Southeast Asian community organizations in Maine working together on shared cultural, civic, and community goals. The SEA Collaborative represents the Khmer, Filipino, Vietnamese, and Thai communities of Maine, collectively reaching over 10,000 Southeast Asians across the state.
